If you purchase any of the desktop backgrounds from this weblog, please indicate which graphic you want. I'll try and fix this as I can. The best way to purchase them is through my store. I have to charge $1 to make a few cents while PayPal takes the rest. Thanks. All the graphics sold so far for $0.25 from this weblog PayPal got. I received NOTHING.
Here is the store front for desktop / wallpaper backgrounds. If you want any specific design you see here, or in my web store on a tshirt, coffee mug, print, or other - just let me know. I'll be happy to add it to my cafeepress store. ;)
If you buy one desktop background from this weblog at $1.00 - I'll send you two free desktop backgrounds. Or just donate $1.00 to this blog, and I'll send you three of your choice. The donate button is on the main page, "make a donation". Or... Just send $1.00 to cdump AT cerebraldump.com with your choice of backgrounds.

I decided to take advantage of the Comcast Homepage that you get when you sign up for your cable internet services. I’ve made a basic little website there, which will allow people to buy my wallpapers and desktop backgrounds for $12 on CD (including free ground shipping), or you may purchase them once at a time for $0.25 (cents). I haven’t finished putting up pages for the ‘purchase one at a time’ still working on those. I’ll put them up a page at a time as I complete them. You can check that out here.

Ive decided to add the option to purchase the full size image for $1.00 from PayPal. Once you make your purchase you get a gracious email response from me with your attached full size wallpaper for your personal use on your computer.
Whats better than to make $1.00 on something you've spent your time creating? Know? And I figure a quarter isnt all that steep of a price to pay for something so lovely to use as a desktop wallpaper.
Keep in mind PayPal gets a rather large percentage of this $1.00.

Mmmm... My favorite color...

I've been working on this one lately... It needs a little something more.
Hmmm...
Darcie (my cat) her leg isn't getting any better. Along with the 1 ml twice daily of the antibiotic she sleeps more often now. A little more distant, but I suppose that's due to her not feeling good. I brought her breakfast this morning, so that I could give her medication right after. She's been mostly curling up in her soft, comfy bed with her green towel-y. We've decided to get x-rays of the leg before dealing with her hard nipple. Her nipple just isn't bothering her. Besides she's 15 years old now, and any surgery is going to be hard for her to go through.
$1.00 (1280x960)
Mmmmm.... Where's the ice cold Corona? *chuckles*
Time estimated for current render... 7 + hours on my iBook 1.33GHz G4 with 512MB built in. More memory would make it faster, but it’s rendering 1280 x whatever standard size. Back to having a beer, dinner, and listening to “Bad Brains”.
Currently in Amawalk, NY housesitting.
Edit: Well, the render would have been good, but couldn't save it. I've run into a bug with Bryce3D 5.01. It no longer will save my work. Not in any size. I hear it's a bug with the newest version of Tiger. Grrrrrr... There is a newer version 5.5 out, but they want $99 for it. And I can't tell if it fixes the Tiger issue of saving. Why should I have to pay for .5 version? That's just wrong. Upgrades should be free until the next new version comes out.
I chose to export this as a .mov file to be globally viewable, and so it would not load each time that my blog loads when someone visits it. This is a creation of mine. I just wanted to show you that I'm starting to animate my flash monkey drawing that I previously posted about. Watch the nose. *lol*
Update: I finally got the flash version working. I had this little bug I needed to work out with the stop action script. Here it is.
Bah! It's a boring Sunday as usual. I'm spending it drawing in Flash.
I submitted this one to my deviantart page.
Working working... Listening to music... I had to write an abuse complaint to an ISP today. This particular person keeps coming back disrupting rooms, and harassing users. I just don't understand why someone would spend any amount of their time doing this. It's like 'they' have nothing better to do with their time. A suggestion for those of you who feel you NEED to do this. Go take a walk outside or something. Get a hobby. Read a book. IMHO... Harassing users at a chat site saying how lame they are makes you a huge hypocrite.
Going to grab "Cursed" to watch, IF it's in at BlockBuster Video. BlockBuster now allows you to keep your rental for a full week now. However, there are still the people that keep the movies past the 7 days that wind up getting charged a late fee. These people are bold enough to think they shouldn't have to pay the late fee - and stand there wasting everyones time arguing with the clerk(s)? You deserve to get charged! Being so unthoughtful of others as to keep a movie for over 7 days.
On the way back from errands we stopped and purchased two glasses of lemonade that the kids here were selling. It was worth it for the kids. However, the lemonade *coughs* needs a bit of work. We spent $1 for two glasses.

More Family Stuff:
I called my Father yesterday, and he seems to be doing quite well. He was working in the yard when I called. And I heard everyone there yell for him. Hahaha. For fourth of July weekend he is heading up to his parents (my Grandparents) to install a new tile floor for their kitchen. Should be relatively easy for him since he's done it before. My father is a machinist. He actually showed me the big computer machines he works with on a daily basis punching in schematics, and making parts for construction companies and such. It's neat.
I went and bought the new NIN album today, "With Teeth". I love supporting my favorite bands. And it's a good album. Also, I went and picked up my black and white printed photographs from BI today. There are quite a few really good pictures in it. I'm happy with the roll over all. However, I do wish that I hadn't forgotten my polarizer filter. It would have given me better detailed skies. It was bright out when I took the pictures. They came out well considering.

I went to Best Buy today and spent most of my Gift Card my Mother sent me for my Birthday. Thanks Mom! All but about $30 of it. I wound up getting an internal DVD-R burner for my PC, which will be setup tomorrow sometime. And a new headset that is more durable (My other pair broke, but still worked). I'll be setting up the headset today for gaming. Yah! And I bought some extra DVD-R blank disks.
I've created a few things so far playing around with Pixen for OS X. It's open source. Here they are. A green box, and a guy.
Oy. So, my render is taking twice as long. This is due to the texture, and the amount of metaballs used to create it. Hmmm. I sent a good friend a preview of this. Hehe. Lucky you are. Winks. Anyway. This is time consuming. I?m not sure when it?s going to be done. Be patient. It?s coming.
My render of this new design is 86% complete after going all night long and most of today. Man! This might be done later on this evening. It?s not going up right away. I have some editing to do to it first. If my design goes as planed. It?s going to be sick.
Working on something new, but it?s going to take over 8 hours to render. It?s a bit more elaborate, which adds to the render time. I?ll be starting this one later on in the evening, and will be letting it run overnight. Now back to laundry.
Here is a preview of what is to come. I?ve been working on this one for a bit, and I?m nowhere near done yet. I thought you?d enjoy the sneak peak. Now I go back to delving into Bryce. I?m listening to music (Tori Amos). And I am smoking a ?Sancho Panza ? La Mancha? cigar. It?s a good little everyday smoke. Not that I smoke them everyday. It?s only on occasion.
Ok. There is a new one up. I'm starting light. The point is to keep me doing them. And if they are too elaborate right now I will have difficulty keeping that up. Hopefully this will get me started again. My stuff is on the left there in the menu.
I've been getting some pretty good traffic to my deviantart page. I guess my designs are slowly getting better, or I feel they are getting better. They are drawing much more attention now than before. A good thing. Time to sync the Palm, and read a book for a bit.
I seem to be spitting these out lately. Must be hormonal or something. Submitted to my deviantart page for critique.

Already a comment... *soft smile*
From deviantart.com... From a fellow artist... I thought it was cool.

When the world goes crazy, you'll find me in an asylum.
Done completely in Bryce 3D. It's been a while since I've dabbled in it. Bout time I think. :0 I'm going to submit it to deviantart later when their maintenance is done.
Update: Well, deviantart was only suppose to be down for an hour today. It's been up and down all day long. What is the deal?!?!?!?
Update2: All uploaded to deviantart.
Update3: I have this particlar abstract in several colors so far. The colors are; blue, red, green, and pink. I'll try and get resizes of these up tomorrow sometime.
Working on a new abstract design. I think it's come out rather well, and it's still rendering. I'm not sure how long this will take. It looks like aproximately an hour or so. I'll throw it up when It's complete. Most likely tomorrow.
Update: I will be throwing this up today as soon as I get my work done, and deal with the trackback spammers. Criminals they are.
Something I did late last night in Photoshop. Hope you enjoy it, and I would love some feedback. I also submitted this one to my deviantart page for criticism from other artists. Full View 2/3/2005 Abstract
Edit: *lipsyncs to Bush's - Mouth* All your mental armor drags me down... We can't breathe when you're around.. All your mental armor drags me down... Nothing hurts like... Your mouth... mouth...
A new one... 1/3/05-a
I uploaded a new scene to my deviantart page above, under the banner there. Check it out if you are interested. You can comment on it there, or here. Doesn't matter. Also, feel free to email me. I promise not to bite. Hard that is. *lol*
Oh, sorry. *chuckles* I forgot to post the link. 013105b
I am working on two different scenes at the same time. I get just too frustrated working one at a time due to render times. On my iBook I'm rendering the "Big Sun 1" scene. There are things about it that are bothering me visually. I'm not happy with the gradient of the sky, the reflection on the water, and flattness of the water.
On my PC I'm rendering a beach scene. Still fighting with the surf on the shore.
I'm not sure if this is a limitation of the software, or a limitation of the artist. Probably a little of both, admittedly.
I'm not happy with the shoreline yet. It still needs work.
Now I'm listening to "Everything But The Girl" and delving into Terragen.

I rendered this(1280 x 960) while reformatting, and reinstalling windows XP. Seems after the SP2 security fixes I installed today, it refuses to boot. Hmmm... Another fine Microshaft update.

Created in 3DsMax & Photoshop. In my favorite color. Now, what the hell do I name it?! If anyone would like it for desktop use let me know. I'll upload it to my deviantart page for download. Also, I'm not entirely sure I'm done with it.
UPDATE: I submitted it to my deviantart page. To download for desktop use just view it in full screen via the page.
I've been playing around with the demo of Vue 4, which has turned out to be quite useful. Although, I've encountered one crash and some gui quirkiness. Here is a sample scene I created with it.

I'm putting this up now, because I am going to be out of town for the next few days. Going to up state NY to install a wireless network at a clients. I will be staying at the parent's (in-law's) house. Probably won't get a chance to do any designing while there, which stinks. At least I can type in my blog, and do email.

A little something I created today. Thought I would share it. Came out quite well, and it is my current desktop picture. I created this from scratch. I'm thinking about making it next months cover for Kaye-Designs.

OK. Here is some new stuff. Two volcanic scenes, and one planet. My first planet in Terragen. Back to watching the Olympics.
Wonderful 3D terrain software. It's good, very good. I just wish it had the option to add objects like trees, foliage, houses, planets, and whatnot. At this time you have to use other third party sotware to do this. I am keeping my eye on it.

Welcome to Mars! Your 6 month one way trip to Valles Marineris for the small price of $1,000,000 can be purchased from Mars Tickets Inc.
Ca'ching!
Thank you for your purchase of "Valles Marineris" 6 month trip from Mars Tickets Inc. Your flight will begin shortly. Please make sure your trays are securely fastened, and your seats are in their upright position. Your flight will begin shortly.
*LOL*
I wish... This is another creation of mine. I actually used tera data from Valles Marineris to create this. Along with some atmospheric data I collected.

Here is the new stuff...

Here is the other scene I was working on. I am still messing around with the atmosphere, and lighting conditions.

Enjoy! Some new stuff. The third one hasn't turned out the way I expected yet. Still working on it. Anyway, I made some homemade baked macaroni and cheese. OMG! It came out SO good. Kicks Kraft mac and cheese ass. Next time I will experiment with adding different cheeses. MMmmmm...
Oh, and the new friend I met yesterday (_0x_) the weblog is pookzilla.net.

Something created on the 31st. :)

I created more new 3D stuff... :O

Another new 3D design. Enjoy.

Ahhh.. A small beach for two?! Another creation of mine.

A second one... I'm on a roll.

Something new I created. It's about time though.
prev052404b Here is the graphic below without the top and df -k output... The graphic in specific was posted on May 24th.

This photoshop creation I did in a little over an hour. Letting my imagination run a bit. Wondering if I should submit it to kayetie.deviantart.com or not. I fell asleep listening to my iPod last night. Guess I should set my sleep time on it, so it doesn't play all night long. Battery was dead this morning. LOL
The NEW Kaye-Designs Cover Page for April is now LIVE! Hope you enjoy it, as I enjoyed making it. This is actually one of my 3D Animations. It seems pretty basic, but it's good. (smiles feeling good about it)
I have my EYE on YOU! Yes, this is actually one of my eyes. (chuckles)
Updated cover page for February on K-Designs.
I changed the graphic for my work site. I like doing this periodically, because change is good. Yeah, it's simple. But there is nothing like simplicity. There will be others that will be more elaborate, and detailed to come. I am going to try to put a new one up every month. It's fun.
I posted a few of my graphics I created on deviantart.com today. So far people are liking the "ahballsb.jpg". If you would like to see a smaller pics of it just go here. Click on "ahballsa". Yeah, don't laugh. When I can't figure out what to name something it usually picks up some funny name.
I'm getting some good positive feedback so far.
I made some Bryce 3D icons for OS X from most of the Bryce 3D desktop pictures that are linked up. If you liked some of the desktop pictures that I've done, then you can download "Icon Pack 1" from here.
Enjoy! :-)
I put up more Bryce 3D creations I made. Enjoy!
For the past few days in my extra time I have been creating a few Bryce 3D backgrounds. They came out prettey well in my opinion. The URLs to smaller samples of them are below. Enjoy.
Below are a few basic icons I created... *laughing* It's been an odd day. These are windows format true color icons. You may not use them without my authority.
smileyface.ico (2k file) shockdface.ico (3k file) sadface.ico (3k file) indifface.ico (3k file)
Here are a few screen shots of backgrounds that I have created today. The original size for all graphics below are, 1024x786. Hope you enjoy them. It is the weekend, and I am allowed to be creative. *chuckles* You may not use them without my authority.

My first bubble... oh well... as you can see I am bored. Image is 1024x768. You may not use without my authority.

Space through a coke bottle... lmao... it's 1280x1024. I'm not really sure where I was going with this one. You may not use without my authority.

This is my first commet created in photoshop. It's also 1024x786. You may not use without my authority.

This is a matrix 'like' desktop pick I created in Photoshop. It's 1024x768! You may not use without my authority.
