Yeah, I'm updating it. To something non-identifiable. So, there. :P
Today is our 9 year Anniversary, so we went shopping. I bought the below...
She bought...
As a bonus we received in the mail a parking ticket for a car we do not even own. That we have never driven. WTF?
I've had three so far in two days. One last night, which had me vomiting all night long. One earlier in the morning yesterday, and one the prior evening. I feel so completely run down and tired. If I have another within a week I'll be scheduling an appointment to go to the doctor.
On a side note: I was bitten twice by an insect while I was away on my B.I. trip. While there and partially back home they had turned into little rashes. Red rashes. I think if I go into the doctor I'm going to have them test me for lymes disease.
Guh... who knows... Maybe my hormones are just all out of whack.
Check out my photoblog link, if you'd like to see some pictures from my trip.
I wound up getting a migraine earlier in the evening, which seemed to have gone away. Yet I woke up around 7 a.m. and it was back even worse. It felt like something was inside my head trying to break out. I'm feeling run down today. Like something is sucking the life out of me.

Happy Birthday Dear Brother! :D
Yah! It's back! Wooooo!
My bottom is replaced, and I have a new battery. I'm a happy camper again.
My iBook went back to Apple Repair again. They are suppose to replace the bottom of my laptop (since they scratched it), and put back in MY BATTERY. All I know is... If it comes back without my battery in it, or a battery replacement, I'm going to be so pissed.
She has a Veterinarian appointment today at 2 p.m. for blood tests to make sure her thyroid, kidneys, and other are still reading normal on her Methimazole. And she needs a nail clipping.
Update: Now we wait for her blood test results. And they didn't clip her nails.
Update 2: Vet called back saying Darcie's readings are normal. Yah! Now we don't have to get her blood checked again until 6 months from now. Wee!
So, I get my iBook back from repair today. I open the box. And to my surprise I have NO BATTERY, and a HUGE FUCKING GASH in it! WTF Apple? I just paid you over $300 for this SHITTY repair? Have you gone completely fucking insane to even THINK about sending my laptop back in this condition?
I have two issues now:
1. You neglected to give me my battery back. Theft?
2. You have significantly reduced the resale value of my machine.
Update: My lappy goes back to Apple Repair on Monday. Replacement of the bottom, and to have my battery put back in. Back to my daily grind on my PC. ACK!
It went back today to Apple for repairs. Now I wait.
My laptop is dead. I think it's the charging/power board/unit. It will not boot, or even chime. Like my girly would say after getting her meds... "Ratzo Fratzo! Ratzo Fratzo!"
I'll have to drop it off at Mac Outfitters today or tomorrow. *sighs*
Update: We decided it would take less time and money to just send it in to Apple for repairs. I get the box for shipping it tomorrow. Estimation for price is $318. Gave strict orders to fix anything under $350, and to call if it was over. Oh well.
Update 2: And of course the REALLY sad thing is all my B.I. pictures are on the hard drive. *sobs*
We only had one day of overcast the entire time we were there. The rest of it was bright and sunny, so we had to take advantage of spending most of the day on the beach. I couldn't help but feel really tired after each day. The surf was GREAT, and the ocean was the perfect temperature.
I have pictures to go through, and the non-personal ones will go up on my photoblog as usual.
I have a SHIT load of work backed up, and I wish I had a rake.
Going on a getaway from September 2nd through the 11th. I'll take lots of pictures while away, and put them up when I get back on my photoblog. I'll post single pictures here off and on throughout the time there. Family and friends have my cell number, so don't hesitate to call if you want to chat a bit. Here is the forecast for Block Island, RI.
